Dr. Jagath Asoka is a medical writer. He resides in New Jersey. He was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and attended Prince College (Kumara Vidyalaya), Mahanama College, and Nalanda College (Nalanda Vidyalaya) in Sri Lanka before he earned his MS in chemistry from Kharkov State University, Ukraine. He earned his Ph.D. from Kansas State University, USA.



He has taught at many colleges in New Jersey and Sri Lanka: Monmouth University, Kean University, Bloomfield College, Brookdale Community College, Ocean County Community College, Georgian Court University, University of Kelaniya, and University of Ruhuna.
